If you’ve just welcomed your Baltimore Baby into the world, we invite you to join other new parents for our 8-week classes. Hello Baby and Infant Massage classes starting October 5th at two downtown locations. Co-sponsored by the Jewish Community Center and DBFA, these low-cost classes offer a great opportunity to participate in valuable parenting discussions, while learning new techniques for engaging your newborn. Total Fitness Program|
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for moms that they can do WITH their babies and little ones. Taught by specially trained instructors, it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser. Each outdoor class consists of a warm up, power walk and interval training. Stroller Strides incorporates the environment, resistance tubing (provided) and the stroller to get an all-over body workout in 60 minutes. Songs and games are incorporated into the workout to make it a fun, engaging and bonding experience for both mother and child.
