Chef deLutis, an acclaimed veteran of the Baltimore restaurant scene, will bring his natural talent and honed cooking skills to one of Baltimore’s premiere restaurant venues. Executive Chef Christian’s formula will be “A classic balance of signature, modern American cuisine with a French accent.”
Chef deLutis’s culinary career began at his grandmother Nana’s side in Pennsylvania. His love of and natural curiosity about food led him to the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute where he inevitably graduated with honors. Chef Christian began his meteoric Baltimore career under the tutelage of Chef Galen Sampson at the five-star Harbor Court Hotel and quickly became the Chef du Cuisine for the Hamptons. Chef deLutis is well known for his innovative culinary work at Corks and The Wine Market. Chef Christian’s most recent culinary adventure was rejoining his mentor and friend Chef Sampson at the highly regarded Dogwood.
