Here’s an excellent exercise to strengthen your upper body, as well as your core muscles. Work up to 10 - 20 military style push ups, and then go into a plank and hold for one minute. Repeat for 3 sets. Do this every morning for 30 days and admire the results!
Instructions:
- Lie face down on the floor resting on your forearms, palms flat.
- Push off the floor, raising up on your toes and resting on your elbows.
- Keep your back flat, in a straight line from your head to your heels.
- Tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals to prevent your buttocks from sticking up in the air.
- Hold for 60 seconds.

What a great tip! I broke my wrist a couple years ago, and really struggle to find upper body exercises that I can do!
